Roof Inspections & Repair

This service provides a baseline examination of an existing roof condition.

All above items are included in our MAINTENANCE PROGRAM and are to be performed on an annual basis for a period determined after a thorough inspection is completed.

Program excludes correcting improper roof work or damaged roofing completed by other parties. These repairs will be documented in a written proposal and will be submitted to the property management, property owner, or property association for approval.

Maintenance Programs - Included

Total Roofing 7 Construction, will provide a Maintenance Program on the structures that we have re-roofed. This is a service included in the cost for our HOA, property management and commercial/industrial projects. It is available to our residential customers at an additional cost, depending on the size of your roof, the environment surrounding your roof area, and the demographic location of your roofing project.

Extended Maintenance Program

Includes all items listed above for an additional period of time beyond your original warranty period (included with HOA, property management, commercial/industrial re-roof projects).

The total cost to extend the MAINTENANCE PROGRAM for an additional 5 years will be determined by the size of your roof, the environment surrounding your roof area, and the demographic location of your roofing project.

Roof Repairs

Repair is a process where an existing roofing system has additions and adjustments made to it, such as caulking, re-roofing and repairing penetration to fix leaks in the roofing system.

We offer repairs for Homeowners, Real Estate Agents and Insurance claims.
